The AORUS WATERFORCE series AIO coolers from GIGABYTE now have mounts to support the Intel Alder Lake LGA 1700 socket. The AORUS WATERFORCE and WATERFORCE X series were built with the Z690 platform in mind, so they’re already optimized for Intel’s top Core i9-12900K processor. They passed Prime 95 non-AVX tests on all cores, as well as P-Core at 4.9 GHz and E-Core at 3.7 GHz using Turbo Boost Technology.

Tube diameters have been enlarged from 5.1 to 7.8 mm, and they’ve been constructed for exceptional heat dissipation with a 3,200 RPM pump. 240 mm, 280 mm, and 360 mm radiators are available. The coolers use graphene Nano lubricant, which reduces noise and wear on the bearing while also extending its life. A ceramic axis design promotes heat dissipation, and its anti-corrosive qualities extend the life and performance of the device.
Release of Information
GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY Co. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of motherboards, graphics cards, and hardware solutions, announced today that all AIO liquid coolers, including the AORUS WATERFORCE series and AORUS WATERFORCE X series, are now equipped with brackets for Socket LGA1700 to support the latest 12th generation Intel Core processors, providing the best flexibility and compatibility in the market. These two cooler series, with their larger tube diameter and high-quality components, completely support the current 12th generation Intel Core CPUs, passing the Prime 95 non-AVX stress test with Turbo Boost Technology. Users may enjoy reliable performance while gaming or working without fear of throttling due by CPU overheating.
“Due to the socket change, most current liquid coolers on the market are unable to handle the newest Intel Z690 chipset and 12th generation Core CPUs.” “The GIGABYTE AORUS WATERFORCE and AORUS WATERFORCE X series took into account the structural changes of the coming platform at an early stage of development, and designed visionary accessories with brackets for LGA 1700, allowing users to embrace the new platform without having to update water cooling devices,” said Jackson Hsu, Director of the GIGABYTE Channel Solutions Product Development Division. “The GIGABYTE AORUS WATERFORCE and AORUS WATERFORCE X series AIO liquid coolers build on the success of prior generations of AIO cooling by maintaining the distinctive original design while adding a slew of improvements in response to customer input. They may pass the Prime 95 non-AVX stress test with the 12th generation Intel Core CPU via Turbo Boost Technology, ensuring consumers a reliable usage without any issues.”
Multicore CPUs have become the standard for high-end setups, but higher clock rates may create excessive heat, causing the system to slow down. The AORUS WATERFORCE and AORUS WATERFORCE X series AIO liquid coolers guarantee efficient heat dissipation enabling CPUs to run smoothly under high load without throttling, thanks to expanded tube flow, top-quality pump, sturdy fans, and a revolutionary design with a maximum 3200 RPM pump speed. These coolers pass the stress test of Prime 95 non-AVX at all cores P-Core 4.9 GHz and E-Core 3.7GHz using Turbo Boost Technology with Intel Core i9 12900K CPU, demonstrating exceptional heat dissipation efficiency and remarkable stability. Users may enjoy consistent and effective heat dissipation effects in everyday usage or gaming as a result of such thorough testing.
The AORUS WATERFORCE and AORUS WATERFORCE X series AIO liquid coolers come in three radiator sizes of 240/280/360mm to meet the needs of a wide range of users, and they all support Intel LGA 1700 and existing sockets of high-end multicore processors with corresponding brackets included in the accessory packing for maximum supportability and flexibility. Every facet of the AORUS WATERFORCE and AORUS WATERFORCE X series’ functions and designs has been improved. The Tube Diameter has been increased from 5.1 mm to 7.8 mm, resulting in a 37 percent increase in water flow and a faster and more effective heat dissipation. The ceramic axis design outperforms the metal axis in terms of damage resistance and corrosion resistance, allowing for a longer lifespan, greater durability, and heat dissipation performance. Meanwhile, these liquid coolers phase in the industry’s leading graphene Nano lubricant bearing with low coefficient of friction and high lubrication to decrease bearing wear and carbon deposit, extending bearing life and eliminating noise from ball bearings on low fan speeds for quieter operation.
AORUS WATERFORCE and AORUS WATERFORCE X series AIO liquid coolers are already on the market, and by changing the firmware, they can handle 3200RPM pump speeds and improve heat dissipation performance.
